This Agreement is made between the Parties of each participating Vendor (hereafter, Participant) and IA ORA TAHITI OF ANAHEIM (hereinafter, IOTA) its STAFF & Volunteers.
1. BOOTH RESERVATIONS
A. 6’ x 2.5’ table Booth Space (Does not include tables or chairs, please bring all your equipment)
All vendors must bring everything needed to sell their merchandise.
B. Booth space is limited, early sign-ups are recommended.
C. Booth spaces are granted on a first-come-first-served basis, contingent upon full payment.
D. To guarantee a vendor space, applications and full payment must be received by 3/29/2025.
E. IOTA reserves the right to reassign reserved vendor space for failure to check-in, and set-up within specified set-up times.
F. IOTA will oversee and control the number of AND diversity among our vendors selling/displaying at the event. We will have a limited number of vendors.

3. REFUND POLICY
A. Please consider your participation in this event carefully. Our event rules as outlined in this document are final and non- negotiable. We do not refund cancelled space reservation
B. IOTA is not responsible for booth location, changes, or vendor sales due to circumstances beyond our control, including poor weather. If the competition is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
4. SAFETY AND SECURITY
A. The safety of IOTA vendors, employees, and customers is paramount. Please plan and manage your booth so that it will not present a safety hazard. Do not place structures, signs, or merchandise outside your allotted space. Disruptive behavior or
alcohol/drug abuse on the premises may result in a vendor being asked to cease all business activities and vacate the property immediately. All booths must be manned during show hours. Vendors are responsible for the security of their merchandise at all times including set up and take down.
B. Management will not be responsible for any theft or damage.
5. CLEANING
A. *VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP THEIR AREA CLEAN DURING AND AFTER THE EVENT.
6. VENDOR REGISTRATION AND SETUP/ BREAKDOWN
Saturday, March 29, 2025 –
SETUP TIME 6:00am – 9:00am
BREAKDOWN TIME 9:00pm or 30 mins after the competition is finished. All vendors must be out by 11:00pm
Hold Harmless: Upon Participant’s taking part at IOTA by their employees, agents, invites, volunteers, and students for the purpose of their involvement with IOTA, Participant shall hold harmless and indemnify IOTA, from every liability, claim or demand, made by reason of:
a. Any injury to person or property, sustained by any person, firm or corporation caused by any act (willful or not), neglect, default, or omission of the participant or any person, firm, or corporation directly or indirectly engaged by it upon or in connection with IOTA, whether the injury or damage occurs at the IOTA venue, a host hotel, or any other event related location.
b. For the use of their image (s) or likeness for advertising purposes and allows IOTA to videotape and photograph their performance or presence at IOTA for their archives and use within IOTA videotape, website and all other related media.
2) Authority to Enter Agreement: Each Participant warrants that the individual who signs this document has the legal power, right, and authority to make this Agreement and bind each respective Participant.
3) Amendment Modifications: No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by both Parties.
